beat.net Friday's noon-3pm PDT (9pm-mid GMT) - a nu & smooth jazz + brazil electro + more experience
i've started doing a weekly broadcast radio show called beat.net on KZSU 90.1 FM in the The San Francisco Bay Area every Friday from noon to 3pm. it is also streamed over the web in mp3, windows and real audio formats that you can tune to via the KZSU streaming or beat.net websites. i primarily focus on sensuous and soulful full-bodied acoustic mosaics of nu jazz, brazil electro, drum'n'bass, breakbeat, 2-step, downtempo, soundtracks and other ambient to up-tempo sub-genres of chill-out lounge that oscillates between the poles of abstraction and couch-potato suitability. This Friday there will be a major smattering of Smooth Jazz during the show and accents of it in subsequent shows. hope you'll tune in!
